    Important Notice for Last Minute Bookings

    If you are checking in within 24hrs, we will only accept payment on arrival using your Credit Card.

    OPTION 1 – CREDIT CARD

    Pay for your booking/reservation using your (VISA/MASTERCARDAMEX) Credit Card.

    • Enter your booking number or booking reference number (located on your booking confirmation)
    • Check the details that have been pulled from your booking are correct
    • Enter your credit card details
    • Click “Proceed to 3D secure” and wait till you are redirected successfully to 3D Secure, where a unique OTP is required
    • If successful, you should be redirected to a page confirming the payment and you will receive an email notification to the email address specified

    Please Note:

    • We currently accept VISA, Mastercard & AMEX only for online checkouts
    • Your card must be enrolled for 3D Secure
    • A handling fee is automatically be added to your total

    OPTION 2 – EXCHANGE4FREE

    Pay for your booking/reservation using Exchange4Free’s online portal.

    Please choose EFT as the payment method, which carries no additional fees.

    Should you wish to use a credit card, please add 2.5% onto the total as a surcharge fee is mandatory with this method of payment.

    Please Note:

    Our system currently supports over 40 countries worldwide. Should your country not be listed, please Contact Us to make alternative payment arrangements.

    Once the transaction has been booked on Pay4Free, the funds usually take 2-3 days to reach us.

    OPTION 3 – EFT

    Pay for your booking/reservation via your preferred bank, making a local/international EFT or bank/wire transfer.

    OPTION 4 – PAYPAL

    Pay for your booking/reservation using Paypal.

    We only accept in USD$ (US Dollars).

    When making payment, please make sure to add 3% onto the total to include Paypal fees. Alternatively, you will need to pay the balance owing on arrival using your credit card.

    Once the transaction has been paid on Paypal, the funds usually take 2-3 days to reach us.
