The minimum stay is one calendar month. Month-by-Month. Subject to availability. The rental period is for one month and may be renewed upon agreement. Either party must give 15 days' notice for non-renewal or termination. Rental is due up front and prior to occupation. Deposit of one month rental to be held deductible for damages or excessive wear and tear.
